Cashback campaigns return a percentage of qualifying purchases as value. They are available on Growth and Scale plans only. Each cashback offer defines: the item, cashback percentage, maximum cashback amount, validity window, and current redemption count.
Plan requirement
Cashback is only available on Growth and Scale plans. Merchants on Rewards or Starter plans will see Cashback as locked.
