Merchant Gift Value Credits (MGVC) are merchant-specific voucher credits. They are not cash, not withdrawable, and not redeemable for cash. MGVC are issued in fixed denominations and tracked against a plan-based quota.

Plan quota limits (per year)
Rewards plan: Gift Cards not available
Starter plan: 100 cards per year
Growth plan: 500 cards per year
Scale plan: 1,500 cards per year
Quotas are split across denominations with higher weighting toward lower-value cards (A$10 and A$20 receive the largest share). If you exceed your quota, you can purchase add-on packs at per-card rates that vary by plan tier.
