Special SVC offers are advanced bonus rules that award extra SVC when customers meet specific conditions. These are available on Rewards, Growth, and Scale plans (not available on Starter).
Available rule types
First Event Bonus — award bonus SVC on a customer's first qualifying transaction
Every N Events Bonus — award bonus SVC on every Nth qualifying transaction
Single Transaction Threshold Bonus — award bonus when a single transaction exceeds a spend amount
Period Spend Threshold Bonus — award bonus when total spend in a period exceeds a threshold
Buy N of Item Bonus — award bonus when a customer purchases N units of a specific item
Cooldown and limits
Each Special SVC offer can optionally include a cooldown period (days between activations) and a maximum number of redemptions per customer to control cost.
