Reward thresholds are the core of SpenVest's retention model. Merchants define rules that convert eligible customer spending into SVC rewards. Thresholds are versioned, allowing you to iterate on reward structures over time while tracking performance of each version.
Threshold configuration fields
Points required — the number of progress points needed to complete the threshold
Reward value (USD) — the SVC value issued when the threshold is completed
Start and end dates — the active window for the threshold version
Status — active, scheduled, completed, or draft
